Founded in 2023, we are a Pennsylvania oil and natural gas exploration and development company that plans to offer syndicated limited partnerships to accredited investors in order to finance the acquisition and development of various oil and gas projects in multiple basins nationwide, including western Pennsylvania.

If you invest as an investor general partner, you will have unlimited joint and several liability for the partnership’s obligations until you are converted to a limited partner.
